Hey Ernest and Ismael! After our meeting I understand we are going after investors. It is also my belief that a homeowner that is making a change is our target. That change is ideally in their property management, but if they sell their home that seems to be of value to us as well. Automation For Scalability & Growth

Inquiry - I recommend using a CRM , such as LeadConnect. Once they are in our CRM we can automate Email & SMS strategy. Our CRM could automate text messaging campaigns, social media postings, etc. We should be streamlining communications such as appointment reminders, new lead follow ups, etc. For example, I filled out our current form but did not receive anything. You can tailor marketing messages, deliver relevant content, and engage with clients and leads in an automated fashion.
