Start Proposal Review
Goals & objectives

This project will design and develop a modern, SEO-driven website to generate leads, educate customers, and establish a strong (and sustainable) online presence. The website will include three static pages and three collections, allowing for service-specific SEO pages tailored for residential and commercial clients.

Key Components of the Project

Month 1: Website Design & Development

Website Structure (Static Content)

  • Home Page - Engaging visuals, top value propositions (e.g. Free Inspections, 24/7 Emergency Response, We Work With Insurances), clear CTAs, and direct access to collections/services pages.
  • About Page - Company background and experience in disaster restoration. We will include trust builders such as success stories, community involvement, core values, reviews, and accolades.
    • (Optional "Meet the Team" section). This would not come with any extra charge, but would we would need the staffs bios.
  • Contact Page - Contact details, service hours, and location map.

Collections for SEO (Dynamic Content)

  • Residential & Commercial Collections (Dynamic CMS Pages) - Create individual landing pages for each restoration service (Flood, Fire, Mold, Storm, and Chemical Cleanup).
  • Resources Collection - Launch a blog featuring categories complimentary for our service offerings.

**At this point the site will be up and live and our lead workflow will be in place.

Month 2: SEO & Digital Marketing (Month 2)

SEO & PPC campaign collateral is provided by MD.

  • SEO Strategy (4 original pieces of content): Optimizing digital presence for high-intent search queries and enhancing lead generation through targeted content. Optimize metadata, headings, and image alt tags for search visibility.
  • Content Development: Resources, FAQs, Emergency Checklists, Etc. These pieces of content will be our "vehicles" for our keyword strategy.
  • PPC: We will launch Google Ad campaigns tailored to each service. Each ad group will consists of only 5 or 6 related keywords that directs to a specific landing page.
  • Chatbot & GBP: GBP updates with before and after's, automated review campaigns, and daily player/team highlights (We can also help establish seasonal awareness campaigns)

**At this point ads will be live, and we will be starting to be picked up by Google

Month 3 - Performance Review & Ongoing Strategy

  • Final Optimization & Adjustments - Second Round of content. Analyze SEO and CRM performance using Google Analytics and CRM reports. Adjust strategies based on traffic, conversions, and user engagement.
  • Performance Tracking - Insights for views, calls, leads, and acquisitions.
  • Evaluate long term strategy (Below 👇👇)

At this stage you'll have a clear understanding of your ongoing marketing needs. If you choose to bring the work in-house after this period, all the work we've completed will be yours to keep.

Ongoing Support & Maintenance

Only one of these options would be needed after the 3rd month.

  • Marketing Retainer: $1,200/month for four original content pieces per month, PPC, and acquisition tracking. We would continue creating all collateral and track efforts bi-weekly.
  • Website  Management: $139/month for feature updates and performance monitoring. This would include 2 hours of web work per month.
  • Hosting & Security Updates: $30/month for reliable hosting and routine updates. We would transfer the site to you and set you up as a "self hosted" client.
Part II - The Solution
The Game Plan

Vegas Fire & Flood’s digital presence can be optimized for homeowners, business owners, and property managers seeking emergency restoration services. This three-month plan modernizes the website, enhances SEO, and optimizes key assets like Google Business Profile (GBP) and CRM for streamlined lead management and customer engagement.

Content Management Systems (CMS)

With a CMS, you can easily manage and update your website without any coding knowledge. This helps with service pages, emergency response updates, restoration guides, testimonials, and any other resources we're using to build traffic. It also enables multiple team members to collaborate on updates, ensuring your site evolves with your business’s growth. A CMS makes will help make managing Vegas Fire & Flood’s website simple, scalable, and efficient. If you'd like more information on CMS and dynamic content here is a great video!

Tracking For Strong Analytics To Improve ROI

Site Development Includes the Following Integrations

Google Tag Manager, Analytics, & Social Pixels: These are snippets of code designed to track valuable user data. This JavaScript snippet collects demographics, performance data for our website and ads, and other actionable insights.

FullStory: FullStory is a tool integrated through Google Tag Manager that captures visitors' interactions with our website via video recordings.

Automation For Scalability & Growth

We should be sending leads to a CRM like ServiceTitan to streamline communication, automate follow-ups, and manage service requests efficiently. Integrating the website with ServiceTitan enables automated scheduling, reminders, and targeted customer engagement, ensuring fast response times and improved conversions for Vegas Fire & Flood.
